Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Glyphix Sudoku apps and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content except as permitted by law.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the Service in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not cheat, manipulate, or submit falsified results to the leaderboard.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may remove leaderboard entries, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Advertising and Purchases

The mobile apps may display advertising. Any in-app purchases or subscriptions, if offered, are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective terms, and are subject to their refund policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and the curated numeral fonts and assets, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Writing systems and glyphs are presented for educational and gameplay purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account (see Account & Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
