Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Glyphix Sudoku account and the data associated with it. It applies to the Glyphix Sudoku mobile apps and website.
Delete your account from within the app (fastest)
- Open Glyphix Sudoku.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
This permanently deletes your account and the data described below.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email admin@merkavaapps.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will verify ownership and complete the deletion, normally within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and authentication record.
- Your synced game data (progress, statistics, settings).
- Your daily challenge leaderboard entries.
What may be retained
- Aggregated or anonymized data that can no longer identify you.
- Records we are required to keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, retained only as long as required and then deleted.
- Game data stored only on your device — this is removed when you delete the app or clear its data, and is not part of an account deletion request.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you play without signing in, no account data exists on our servers — simply deleting the app removes your local data.
